Nevada Identification Cards
Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles
State ID cards cost $21.50 ($11.50 at 65 and older) and require one proof of identity, proof of any name changes, one proof of Social Security number and two proofs of Nevada address. An NDOC identification card is accepted as proof of identity for a standard card, and shelters can certify residency with form DMV 115.
