HOPE for Prisoners
Las Vegas reentry program built around an 18-month-plus commitment: a pre-vocational leadership workshop, mentoring, job development, basic computer training and a partnership with Las Vegas Metro police. Enrollment runs through an intake form, a monthly orientation, a one-on-one needs assessment, a drug test and a letter of commitment.
Who it's for
Adults and young adults with justice system contact whose background is a barrier, who are able to work and willing to commit 18 months or more
How to get in
Complete the online intake form, attend the monthly 60-minute orientation, then interview with a case manager
What to bring
Valid Nevada ID, Social Security card and proof of criminal history
