Is my gift tax-deductible? RISEaid is a Utah nonprofit in formation and our IRS 501(c)(3) application is pending. When it's approved, it is generally retroactive to our date of formation. Every gift gets an emailed receipt, and we'll confirm deductibility in writing once the IRS decides. Talk to your tax advisor about your situation.
Where does the money go? Verifying and expanding the directory, running the 888-860-RISE help line, and meeting specific needs for the people in Together we RISE!. RISEaid decides how each gift is used, so every dollar goes where it helps most.
Can I give by check, stock, or through my employer? Yes. Email hello@riseaid.org and we'll send instructions.
Is checkout secure? Payments are processed by Stripe. RISEaid never sees or stores your card number.
