Who we are. RISEaid is a Utah nonprofit organization in formation, based in Ogden, Utah. These terms cover riseaid.org, the 888-860-RISE help line, and the tools RISEaid runs, including Hope, our internal operations workspace at hope.riseaid.org.

The directory is information, not a promise of service. We check every listing, but programs change their hours, rules, and openings without telling us. Always confirm with the provider before you travel or rely on a service. RISEaid does not run the programs listed and is not responsible for what a provider does or does not provide.

Not legal, medical, or emergency advice. Nothing on this site is legal, medical, or mental health advice. In an emergency call 911. For crisis support call or text 988.

Listings and submissions. If you add or claim a listing, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. We may edit, verify, or remove any listing.

Donations. Gifts to RISEaid support our mission as a whole. RISEaid keeps full control over how donated funds are used, including gifts made in honor of a specific person or need. Receipts state whether any goods or services were provided in exchange.

Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site, scrape it at volume, try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use it to harm or locate another person.

Hope workspace. Hope is for RISEaid founders, staff, volunteers, and board members with an account. Accounts are personal. Access can be changed or removed at any time.

No warranty. The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, RISEaid is not liable for losses that come from using it.

Changes. We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
