WV PATH – SNAP, Medicaid, and Assistance Applications

Who it's for

SNAP eligibility depends on household size, income, assets ($3,000, or $4,750 with a member 60+ or disabled), and expenses; most households must pass gross and net income tests.

How to get in

Create an account at wvpath.wv.gov to apply, print the SNAP application from bfa.wv.gov/snap, or visit a DoHS field office (dohs.wv.gov/field-offices). Call 877-716-1212 for help; SNAP complaints 800-642-8589.
