Reentry Program

Wyoming Department of Corrections

Release planning for people leaving Wyoming state prisons, covering housing, treatment, employment, healthcare, and supervision. Reentry Specialists at each institution help with vital records, prescription cards, child support modification, Social Security applications, and veteran outreach before release.

Who it's for

People incarcerated in or releasing from a Wyoming Department of Corrections institution. Medium and high risk or special-needs inmates get Enhanced Case Management.

How to get in

Planning starts when a person enters the institution; ask your facility's Reentry Specialist or the Resource Center. Outside questions go to the Reentry Program Manager at the number listed (WDOC central office: 307-777-7208).
