County-run voluntary case management for people returning to Mecklenburg County from state or federal prison or a local jail sentence, with partner help for ID, treatment and medication, job training, work supplies, medical and dental care, housing, and peer support. Referrals can be submitted before release.

People returning to Mecklenburg County from prison or jail, or released within the past year; some housing options require homelessness and enrollment in another CJS program
