Older Youth Services (Collaborative Care, Chafee ETV, Voluntary Services)

DCS runs Indiana's extended foster care (Collaborative Care, ages 18 to 21), independent living services from age 16, Chafee Education and Training Vouchers, and Voluntary Services up to the day before your 23rd birthday. Questions go to the Older Youth Initiatives team by phone or email.

Who it's for

Collaborative Care: ages 18 to 21 after foster care. Voluntary Services: in care at least six months and aged out at 18, or Collaborative Care closed at 21, or adoption/guardianship at 16 or older, through age 22.
