Voluntary program for young adults who left Ohio foster care at 18 to 20. Participants get housing funding and a Bridges Liaison for case management as long as they are in school, working, in a job program, or have a documented impairment.
Who it's for
Young adults ages 18 to 20 who left Ohio child welfare custody and meet one of: attending high school or equivalent, attending college, working 80+ hours a month, enrolled in a barrier-removal program like Job Corps, or having a physical or mental health impairment
