Community Partners in Action
Walk-in center on the ground floor of Hartford City Hall for people coming home from prison or jail and their families. Staff do a needs assessment and connect you to housing, ID, treatment, medical care, and jobs, with short-term case management and phones and computers on site.
Who it's for
Anyone formerly incarcerated, or a family member or friend of someone formerly incarcerated; navigation is prioritized for people released at end of sentence within the last 90 days

Walk in; people dropped off by DOC get an orientation and brief needs assessment
