Residential and outpatient treatment plus recovery housing for adults in Salt Lake County, built around men with substance use disorders at moderate to high risk of criminal behavior; a record is not required. Also Utah's only transitional housing for homeless veterans of any gender. Most admissions come by referral, but self-referrals are taken; typical wait for a bed is 2–4 weeks.
Who it's for
Primarily adult men with substance use disorder and criminal-risk factors; veterans housing for male and female veterans facing homelessness. Medicaid, Medicare, VA, Salt Lake County funding, or sliding-scale self-pay.
How to get in
No walk-in assessments. Call 801-359-8862 or use the Treatment Admissions or Housing Admissions pages. Expect paperwork, clinical assessment, drug and TB screening.
What to bring
If possible: proof of Salt Lake County residency, ID, proof of income, health and treatment records, court or legal papers. No weapons, unlabeled medications, or drug-related clothing.
