Community Reentry – Division of Rehabilitative Services

New Hampshire Department of Corrections

State prison reentry starts inside with education, job training, and case management, then moves people through the Transitional Work Center and three transitional housing units (Shea Farm, Calumet, North End) during their last two years. After release, the Division of Field Services supervises parole from 11 district offices.

People incarcerated in NH state prison facilities, or on NH probation, parole, or administrative home confinement

How to get in

Work with your facility case manager before release; after release, report to your assigned Field Services district office
